Relative Volume

Description

Relative Volume shows relative volume on a crypto for multiple time periods. Relative volume is a measure of the volume of a crypto relative to its average volume over a specific period of time. It is typically expressed as a ratio, with a value above 1 indicating that the volume of a cryptocurrency is higher than its average volume, and a value below 1 indicating that it is lower than its average volume.

Relative volume is an important indicator of market interest in a crypto and can identify potential trends and patterns as an increase in relative volume may indicate an increase in market interest in a crypto vice versa.

Relative volume can also be used in conjunction with other technical analysis tools, such as our price and volume charts.
